828 Healing is committed to providing thoughtful, individualized bodywork rooted in integrity, curiosity, empathy, and respect for the intelligence of the human body.
I believe the body is adaptive, responsive, and shaped by experience. Rather than forcing change or treating the body as something that needs to be fixed, my role is to listen, observe, assess, and work with the patterns that are already present. Through nervous-system-informed care, I aim to help clients discover greater ease, mobility, awareness, and choice.
My work is collaborative. I believe lasting change is more meaningful when clients are active participants in understanding their own bodies rather than passive recipients of treatment. Sessions are guided by the individual in front of me—their history, goals, boundaries, lived experience, and the way their body is responding in the present moment.
Empathy is central to the way I practice. I cannot fully know another person’s experience, but I can remain curious about it. I strive to listen carefully, respect boundaries, notice what the body communicates through movement and tension, and create space where clients can explore their bodies without judgment or pressure.
I am committed to continued education, honest assessment, and working within my professional scope. When another practitioner or form of care would better serve a client’s needs, I believe referral and collaboration are part of responsible care—not a failure of it.
My goal is not simply to reduce discomfort. It is to help clients develop a more informed, trusting, and capable relationship with their bodies—one that offers more options for movement, regulation, resilience, and participation in everyday life.

828 Healing is a place for curiosity, connection, and meaningful change. I strive to create an environment that is safe, inclusive, nurturing, honest, and grounded in the belief that the body deserves to be approached with respect rather than corrected into submission.
